  Epilepsy Patient Diary - Improving Epilepsy Care
If I have seizure: 1. Please do NOT panic. 2. Please do NOT forcefully insert anything into my mouth. 3. Please do NOT try to restrict my movement. 4. Move any objects out of the way, so I won't get hurt. 5. Call for an ambulance if the seizure last more than 5 minutes. 6. Observe my seizure in detail and how long it lasts.
